Steady paced postures, light aerobic. Promotes deep and steady breath linked movement. All levels. $13/class or $100 for ten class pass.
Calm the nervous system and settle the mind by relaxing into the stretch. Using fewer postures and prolonged holding for 3-5 minutes each. Bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and props are used and supplied in the studio. Supportive and gentle. All levels. (See Calendar Events)

Offered in private group sessions (minimum of 5 children). Please book in advance. $10/child.
