Each session will include a short meditation, gentle yoga, and wellness tools to carry you through the week. Class size is limited to provide personalized support for your individual needs.

Join Cheryl & Shanna for this 5 week course where you will learn about how powerful our thoughts and emotions are in shaping our daily realities, and how we can become more aware of their impact through quieting our minds and aligning our systems.
Week 1 we will be working hard to meet those thoughts in our heads and learn to send them away. Through writing and gentle yoga we will enter a peaceful state where we can rid ourselves of the noise that over takes us.
Weeks 2-5 we will continue to focus on our chakras through yoga and the addition of essential oils to support our bodies. Balancing our chakras can also enhance your life force, energy, creativity, assertiveness and independence, ability to love and be compassionate, ability to speak the truth, and a connection to the universe and your own spirit.
Join us to discover how to quiet the mind and align your chakras, as well as releasing stuck and negative energy.
In addition to all of this we will journal, align through yoga, meditate, enjoy raw food, learn about specific oils and give you an actual plan to integrate this practice into our everyday lives. You will leave with practical tools and a plan of action!
